Returns & Exchanges
All Core Outdoor Power merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you. Please see owner’s manual for warranty information and warranty process.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 business days from date item shows as being delivered.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Shipping charges are never refunded, and you are responsible for reshipment fees for replacement item(s).
Return Merchandise by Mail
If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
This guarantee applies only to on-line orders placed on www.coreoutdoorpower.com and orders placed directly with the CORE Outdoor Power Sales Department.
Proof of purchase is required before credit is issued. Product must be returned with all components, packaging and manuals included. Damaged product or returns with missing components will void the guarantee.
Customer is responsible for any shipping or handling charges incurred to return the product and must secure a Returned Goods Authorization number from Customer Service by calling 406-883-2673. See below for address:

We ship within (3) business days of receiving your cleared payment. Payments received after 2:00 p.m. PST are considered to be the next business day. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped.All items sent will have delivery confirmation and tracking information for customers who have created an online account.

Please note: For all unclaimed packages, items returned to sender, invalid delivery address packages that are sent back to us; you will need to repay for original shipping charges to have item re-sent to you. If you do not wish to pay for shipping again, we will refund the cost of the item minus all shipping charges.
