It was a father and son team, Matt and Lincoln Jore, who in 2001, discovered a new method of building electric motors using Printed Circuit Boards instead of traditional wire windings. This method of construction allowed for motors with torque outputs equivalent to traditional two-cycle gas engines. Developed in partnership with a skilled group of engineers, their unique approach used magnets and copper to create torque through a more compact and powerful stator, producing zero emissions as well as reduced noise levels.
CORE™ portable outdoor equipment uses high energy lithium-ion power cells to store and deliver unprecedented amounts of power in a lightweight, ergonomic package. The marriage of these two unique technologies results in a line of products that provide environmentally clean yet powerful alternatives in a market that has been historically dominated by tools featuring gas powered engines.
